Tulio Da Silva exploded on to the MVC scene with a pair 20-point games. The 6’8 junior scored 21 points in the Bears’ win over Indiana State and was even better against Bradley. The Brazilian native scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in MSU’s victory over Bradley.

In four Valley games, Da Silva is fourth in the league both in scoring (16.5 ppg) and rebounding (8.0). Da Silva is this week’s ‘Player of the Week‘ and ‘Newcomer of the Week‘.
