Malik Dia showed a lot of potential during his freshman year at Vanderbilt. Despite averaging just 2.6 points per game, Dia scored a season-high 14 in a tough game with a top tier program in Kentucky. In addition, Dia snagged 10 rebounds in just 13 minutes.
Dia’s potential has been unleashed in his first season at Belmont. The 6-9 sophomore is averaging 17.3 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Dia has been nearly unstoppable in the post. In a win over Drake, Dia scored 32 points on 5-8 from three as well as seven rebounds.

Isaiah Swope, Indiana State G
Swope, an Indiana native, has started his collegiate career with two stops in Indiana. First, at Southern Indiana where Swope was first team All-OVC leading the Eagles with 15.6 points and 3.5 assists per night.
Flash forward to this season, Swope is once again the leading scorer for his squad, averaging 18.4 per contest for the Sycamores. Not only is Swope scoring with great efficiency (48.2 FG%, 43.0 3P%), but he is also incredible with ball security, turning it over just 1.8 times per game.
